Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Bwake account.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Bwake only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.

2. What Bwake Provides

Bwake is a personal practice application designed to help you:

• Describe a Reality you genuinely want to live.
• Connect with that Reality through visualization.
• Record Inspired Actions.
• Use optional Reality Stages as closer points of focus.
• Practice returning your attention to the present.
• Review personal practice history and statistics.
• Recognize a Reality as Manifested when it becomes part of your life.

Bwake provides tools for personal reflection, visualization, awareness, and organization. You decide how to interpret and apply them.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Bwake does not guarantee that a particular Reality, outcome, opportunity, relationship, financial result, health result, or life change will occur.

Visualization, Presence Practice, Reality Stages, statistics, guidance, and Inspired Actions are personal tools. Results depend on many circumstances that are outside Bwake’s control.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, expectations, and use of the information presented in the app.

4. Not Professional Advice

Bwake does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, career, or other professional advice.

Content and guidance within Bwake are intended for general personal-development and reflection purposes. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing physical or mental-health concerns, seek appropriate professional support.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the authentication method connected to your account and for activity performed through your account.

Do not attempt to access another person’s account or allow another person to use your account in a way that may compromise its security.

Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, images, Reality descriptions, Reality Stages, Inspired Actions, and other original content you add to Bwake.

You grant Bwake a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, synchronize, resize, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

This license ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and aggregated information that can no longer identify you.

Bwake does not claim ownership of your personal Reality content.

8. Images and Other Materials

Only upload images and materials that:

• You created;
• You have permission to use; or
• You are otherwise legally allowed to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

When you use a sharing feature, you decide what is shared and with whom. Review the generated content before sharing it outside Bwake.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bwake to:

• Break applicable law.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service.
• Access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Bwake.
• Abuse support, feedback, or account-deletion systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Use automated methods to extract, copy, or overload the service.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Bwake, its users, or its service providers.

10. Product Analytics and Privacy

Bwake uses limited first-party product analytics to understand how core features are used and improve the experience.

Our collection and handling of information are described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

11. Third-Party Services

Bwake relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Sign-In, Resend, Cloudflare, Google Play, and the Apple App Store.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that operate independently from Bwake, although we take reasonable care when selecting providers used to operate the service.

12. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Bwake reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network conditions, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, improve, remove, or replace features when reasonably necessary. We will avoid materially reducing users’ rights without appropriate notice where required.

13. Local and Synchronized Data

Bwake uses a local-first approach and synchronizes supported information when you are signed in and connectivity is available.

Synchronization may be delayed or interrupted by network conditions, device limitations, authentication problems, or third-party service availability.

You should not use Bwake as the sole storage location for information that is essential, irreplaceable, or required for legal, medical, financial, or professional purposes.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from the account settings within Bwake or through the deletion options provided at bwake.app.

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your account and associated information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may require recent authentication or another reasonable verification step to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

15. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using Bwake at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or if suspension is required by law.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, unless immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or abuse.

16. Bwake Intellectual Property

Bwake’s name, logo, interface, visual system, original text, software, icons, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Bwake.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from Bwake except where applicable law expressly permits it.

17. Disclaimer

Bwake is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not make warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or the achievement of any personal result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bwake and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Bwake is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on personal guidance, visualization, statistics, Inspired Actions, or other content within the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law, or our operating practices change.

The updated version will display a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.

Continuing to use Bwake after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in the country where you live.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Israel, unless applicable consumer law allows or requires a different forum.
