The easiest way to reach us
If you can open Bwake, go to Settings → Report a Problem for an issue or Settings → Suggest an Improvement to share an idea. These authenticated paths can include useful app details and connect the message to the correct account.

Share what would help Bwake support the way you create, connect with and move toward a Reality.
Cannot access Bwake?
Email [email protected]. When relevant, include:
- The email address connected to your account.
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- Your Bwake app version.
- A short summary and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
Never send your password, authentication codes, or private Reality content that is not necessary to explain the issue.
